- Coming home to dinner already cooked thanks to Scottie being on Spring Break, is better than I could have imagined. Both because I don't have to decide what to make {still no cravings} and because I don't have to stand in the kitchen to help make it.
- Tater tot toes are not attractive.
- There are more girl clothes than boy clothes. And why does every baby boy item have something about a rockstar on it? Our child will never be so lucky. Have you heard his parents sing?
- Choosing colors for a nursery is hard. Especially for an indecisive person like myself.
- Our laptop was wiggin' out the other day and I couldn't figure it out. That was until I noticed that my belly was leaning on the mousepad.
- I find myself looking at each room of our house already wanting to change what I see. But then I realize how tired I am and do nothing about it.
- Finding a middle name for our boy is still really hard. And choosing a name that does give bad initials is even harder.
- Sleeping through the night is not happening. If it's not insomnia, it's me waking up to an cramp in my calf.
- I used to be able to fall asleep on my right side laying on Scottie. Now the right side makes it hard to breathe and my right leg falls asleep. Laying on my back is even worse. I hope my left side still treats me well.
- I now know what heartburn feels like. Not like other pregnant women know it as, but it sure is there. Milk sure does a heartburn good. We now buy 2 cartons at a time cause 1 doesn't last me long.
- Our doc says it is time for a trip while the honeymoon stage is here. But like planning meals, deciding on a place to go is just as hard. Maybe it's because I dread that car ride to get there. Deja vu from our Christmas trip? Or because I know I will have even bigger tater tot toes to drag with me when we get there?
- My baby bump is now a giant bulls eye. Apparently people don't ask before they touch. It is like they are kindergardeners.
- Finding the tank top that stretches to wear underneath all my clothes is like chocolate! I no longer have to worry about my shirts not being long enough as I have the coverage!!! Thank you BeMaternity from Target!
- Wearing dresses have become my new fad.
- My baby bump grows at a rapid pace now and becomes harder and harder to the touch.
- Our house is shrinking. I always run into Scottie and other things. I knocked off a spoon from the counter and didn't realize it until it hit the ground and made me wet my pants.
- My co-workers now tell me when I drop something on my belly. It seems as though my lunch follows me for a little while.
- Painting a bookcase and rocking chair will never again be done. But they sure look amazing black! Both came from my mom. I love having items that were used when I was a baby.
