Happy 4th of July.

Backyard -- CHECK!

Over the past months we have very-very-very gradually been making our backyard home. It is time to show our progress...

Here is the left {north} side of our yard:

Side yard -- CHECK!

When we moved in, our "wing" fence was far up and didn't match with our neighbors fence. We decided on the south side, to move it back to meet up with the neighbors. I know I have the initial picture somewhere, but I just cannot seem to find it. So this is after we moved the fence back to match up.

Then Scottie dug out the original post.

And afterwards, we used some extra rock from the backyard to replace the bark.

Can you put up Christmas lights in July? Cause I did yesterday. My husband and I have always wanted white lights in our backyard... now we have them!!!
