Today, my husband and I put up a wall to cover our a/c unit from view. It is kind of an eye sore from our patio. We used cinder blocks. I am still working on what to do for the top. Right now, I have the one pot you see below. I love orange outside.... Stay tuned for the complete makeover!

Today my husband and I went to Weiser to visit my grandparents. It was the first time I had taken my husband to see there home and it had been years for myself since I had been there. We had a nice dinner outside in great company! My grandma then gave me a beautiful necklace. The best part about is, I now can wear a little of my grandma, as well as my great grandma as my grandma had bought this necklace in her mother's memory. I have no words to describe how much this necklace means to me. It is so beautiful.

Tonight I came home to one less puppy in our backyard and a note on our front door. Thank you neighbors!!! Turns out Ben is so small that he is able to squeeze out between our fence post and house. So this is my new road block for him! Lucky for us we have little dogs so a small lawn chair works! Try it now Ben.... no please don't cause you scared me!!! (Oh and now we are taking the boys to get microchips put in cause I am not risking that again!)

New Doggie Door!!

Best thing we could have bought for our pups... a doggie door! Now they can go in and out on their own and we can completely potty train them.

For those wondering, my husband and I met thanks to basketball. We owe everything to James Naismith, the inventor of the game. So these 2 numbers represent his number (22) and mine (42). Cheezey, I know, but it means the world to me.

My husband has learned that when you give me a day off of work, I do 1 of two things: (1) clean or (2) re-arrange furniture. I sure showed him! Today, I painted!!! Here is one of my two art pieces that will soon go in our living room.

When we moved in, our "wing" fence was far up and didn't match with our neighbors fence. We decided on the south side, to move it back to meet up with the neighbors. I know I have the initial picture somewhere, but I just cannot seem to find it. So this is after we moved the fence back to match up.

Can you put up Christmas lights in July? Cause I did yesterday. My husband and I have always wanted white lights in our backyard... now we have them!!!
